2. Principle
This is a static informational website. We use no cookies, no tracking, no analytics, and no third-party fonts or CDNs. All assets are served exclusively from our own server.
3. Server log files
When you access the site, our hosting provider processes technically necessary access data (IP address in shortened/technical form, date and time, requested file, volume of data transferred, referrer, browser type). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, stable operation). This data is deleted after a short period.
Hosting is provided by Strato AG / a Plesk server located in Germany.
4. Contact by email
If you contact us by email (info@trenhel.com), we process your details to handle your enquiry under Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
